After 3 days of Holiday, the class was started as usual. First day after holidays, first class was Microbiology by Dr. Wan Zuhainis. Last Friday, she promised to bring the Rendang Daging. I was so excited and glad to hear that because I LOVEEEE rendang so much!!

We learned about Inclusion. There are 7 types of Inclusion.
- Metachromatic granules
- Polysaccharide granules
- Lipid Inclusions
- Sulfur granules
- Carboxysomes
- Magnetosomes
- Gas Vacuoles
Metachromotic granules untul Sulfur granules are food storage. The example of bacteria that have Metachromatic granules are Corynebacterium diphtheriae. This bacteria causes disease diphtheriae.
The Gas Vesicles can be found in plant cell and protozoa instead of in bacteria. The Gas Vesicles in Cyanobacteria act as producer.
Most of Endospore bacteria are Gram Positive Bacteria. So, they have THICK PEPTIDOGLYCAN.
At the end of the class, we must decide the bacteria we want adopt for the Adopt a Microbe Project. The bacteria that I adopt was

Then,this Friday we have a TEST and REPLACEMENT CLASS. So, the class with started at 8.30 P.M until 12 O'clock. Noted!
